User Agreement
This User Agreement governs use of Rovia, a cinematic travel film app for adults aged 18 and older. By using Rovia, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rovia. If you are under 18, do not access or use the app.
2. App Functions
Rovia provides travel film creation, route inspiration, AI image creation, travel photo organization, subtitles, export, coin display, and membership access. The reference screens show users selecting up to 30 travel photos, entering place and date details, adding one sentence of feeling, browsing featured routes, using an AI Image Studio, uploading travel photos, and classifying photo moments such as Landscape, City Walk, Local Taste, and Memories.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rovia lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse film creation, AI imagery, export, route, photo library, membership, or coin features; interfere with app operation; reverse engineer protected parts of the app; or use Rovia to create or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
4. User Materials
You are responsible for the travel photos, text prompts, destination names, dates, feelings, and other materials you choose to use in Rovia. You should use only materials that you own or have permission to use.
5. Local Storage
Rovia's travel photos, trip details, photo categories, creative prompts, and generated materials are stored locally on the user's phone for app use. The Privacy Policy explains that Rovia collects only user ID information.
6. Coins
Rovia may display coin balances or coin-related app value for eligible features. Coins are for in-app use only and have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Membership
Rovia may offer membership benefits through Google Play. Membership terms, billing, renewal, and cancellation are described in the Membership Agreement and may also be subject to Google Play policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Rovia's name, interface, software, visual system, templates, and app experience are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app according to this Agreement.
9. No Warranty
Rovia is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect exports, permanent feature availability, compatibility with every device, or that every generated image will match a user's intended result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use.
