Privacy Policy
Rovia is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. This Privacy Policy explains our limited privacy approach for a travel-film app that helps users create cinematic photo journeys, browse route ideas, generate travel imagery, and organize travel photos.
1. Information We Collect
Rovia collects only user ID information. The user ID is used to support the app experience and recognize app-related status on the user's device.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Rovia does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, payment card details, device photo files, uploaded travel photos, trip dates, places, feelings, AI prompts, generated images, photo categories, camera files, microphone recordings, biometric identifiers, browsing history, or social account information.
3. Local Device Storage
Travel photos, photo categories, route preferences, trip details, place entries, date entries, one-sentence feelings, generated creative material, and export-related materials are stored and used locally on the user's phone. We do not collect these materials from the device.
4. App Functions
The app functions reflected in Rovia include travel film creation from up to 30 photos, route library discovery, AI image generation from descriptive travel prompts, photo library organization, subtitles, film export, coin display, and membership access. These functions are designed to operate without collecting personal information other than user ID.
5. Payments and App Store Processing
If a user purchases membership or eligible in-app items, payment processing is handled by Google Play. Rovia does not collect or store payment card numbers or billing credentials.
6. Age Restriction
Rovia is not directed to children or users under 18. Users under 18 must not use the app.
7. Sharing and Sale of Information
Rovia does not sell personal information. Because we collect only user ID information, we do not sell photos, trip details, location entries, AI prompts, or contact data.
8. Data Retention
User ID information is retained only as needed to operate Rovia. Local materials remain on the user's phone unless the user deletes them or removes the app according to device settings.
