Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement explains paid membership access in Rovia, a cinematic travel film app for users aged 18 and older.
1. Membership Benefits
Membership may provide access to enhanced Rovia features such as premium film templates, expanded cinematic exports, route inspiration tools, AI image studio usage, photo-film creation support, subtitle functions, ending cards, or other eligible app features shown in the product.
2. Purchase Platform
Membership purchases are processed through Google Play. Billing, renewal timing, payment methods, tax handling, cancellation tools, and refund handling may be governed by Google Play policies.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
If a membership is recurring, it may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal time. Removing the app from a device does not automatically cancel a membership.
4. Access Changes
Rovia may update membership benefits as the app evolves. Features may change to improve the travel film maker, route library, AI image studio, photo library, export quality, or other app experiences.
5. Local Materials
Membership does not change Rovia's core privacy model. We collect only user ID information. Travel photos, trip details, prompts, generated creative materials, and photo classifications are stored locally on the user's phone.
6. Coins and In-App Value
Rovia may show coin balances or app value indicators for eligible functions. Coins are intended only for in-app use and are not money, stored-value instruments, or redeemable cash unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. No Transfer
Membership access is personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented, sublicensed, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
